Mariposa Community Health Center is a federally qualified health center and the largest comprehensive healthcare provider in Santa Cruz County, Arizona, serving the community since 1980. With multiple locations across Nogales, Rio Rico, Tubac, and Patagonia, Mariposa delivers accessible, integrated care to individuals and families throughout the entire county.

Mariposa offers a full spectrum of services through a "one-stop wellness" model that addresses the whole person—physical, behavioral, and social health. Core services include primary care (adult and pediatric medicine), obstetrics and gynecology, dental care, behavioral health, pharmacy services, laboratory and imaging, as well as preventive screenings and chronic disease management.

In addition, Mariposa provides extensive community-based programs, including WIC (Women, Infants, and Children), health education, prenatal and parenting support, disease prevention, substance use services, and outreach through its Community Health Services department. These programs are designed to improve health outcomes and expand access to care for underserved populations across Santa Cruz County.
