Genetic Counseling Application & Admissions Dates

Fall 2027 Dates

Applications for Fall 2027 admission will be accepted from September 11, 2026, through 11:59 p.m. (MST) on December 18, 2026. Applications will not be accepted after the deadline. The Genetic Counseling Graduate Program participates in the NMS Match system. Applicants who match with the program will receive admission notification from both the University of Arizona Graduate College and the Genetic Counseling Graduate Program.

Letters of Recommendation Deadline: January 8, 2027
We provide recommenders with additional time after the application deadline to submit their letters of recommendation. For the Fall 2027 admission cycle, letters must be received by January 8, 2027.
